Nowadays paradise

This painting was made in Dominicana Republic, which forever stays in my heart. First thing that I thought arriving there was: “If paradise ever existed on Earth, it should be here”. There I felt that something had changed inside of me, like I was reborn: I finally allowed myself to be happy.
In a few months after that I moved from Moscow to Berlin (though I never moved anywhere before and never even changed a school), and started a new chapter of my life, but it’s another story to be said by my other paintings. Meanwhile, this work is a symbol of my personal reborn.
