I love my travel artworks more than travel itself.
On a trip, things often don't go as expected. Layers of circumstances, fatigue and lack of sleep, bad weather, etc. are superimposed on the ideal picture.
My paintings of the trip are a combination of the magic of expectation, reality and something else elusive, but very important that remains with me.
It's something like a Christmas miracle.
